Call for Abstracts
The
policy of the Congress is to set up, well in advance, the scientific
programme. Abstracts of oral lectures and poster
presentations should be of 200 words. Please e-mail the
abstract as attached file, uncompressed, in Standard Word format (.doc
extension)
for PC. Sending the abstract, please indicate the Symposium,
Workshop or Session most suitable to include it.
Poster
(100cm height by 90cm width)
presentations are strongly
encouraged and should be clearly indicated as " Poster ".
English is the official language of the Congress. Abstract should be
send, as soon as possible, by e-mail only (icwo@sympatico.ca ), to the
Congress office. The final deadline
for abstracts is February 15, 2012.
The
abstract must be submitted exactly as shown in example.
Please capitalise in bold 9 points the entire title. Then type in:
the author(s) name(s), institution address and e-mail address, using
regular letters of 9 points (for the whole abstract, please select
Normal/Times New Roman, 9 points, single spaced) . The abstract
title and text must be typed in space of 15cm width by up to 8cm
height, and should contain the purpose of the study, method used,
essential results and conclusion. Identify by way of an asterix (*)
the presenting author. Abstracts of oral lectures and poster
presentations will be published and distributed on site with the
Congress programme. The final acceptance of abstracts will be send
with the receipt of the registration fee payment.
