In this document, Bow (Arch) / Rainbow--Covenent or Promise - is an arch or a rainbow, which is the bow referred to in Revelation 6:2, because what follows is "a crown" was given unto him, (the rider of the white horse,) so we know he was righteous.

The first few verses quoted here from Genesis, is God speaking to Noah after the flood.
Gen.9:13-14 - I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenent between me and the earth. (14) - And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:
Gen.9:16 - And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenent between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.
Gen.49:24 - But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty [God] of Jacob; {from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:}

Rev.4:3 - And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and [there was] a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.
Ps.7:11-12 - God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry [with the wicked] every day. (12) If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready. See Gen.49:24 above.
