TRIBUTES TO THOSE THAT MEAN SO MUCH.....
This page is dedicated to those canine companions that have either retired from our breeding program and living the life of luxury with us or someone else, or have taken another path in life, now residing at the Rainbow Bridge as our canine guardian angels. Please click on "Retired" or "In Loving Memory" below to read about how much those dogs meant to us. How do you describe the love you hold for a canine companion, there are no words. It is something you feel in your heart and when the time comes for them to continue their journey in life elsewhere, you know. It is never easy to say goodbye. These animals dedicated their lives to us as loyal friends and will always be a part of our souls and fondly remembered in our hearts. Just this side of heaven there is a place called .......
THE RAINBOW BRIDGE
"When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together...." Author unknown

Probably one of the hardest things I have ever had to do in my life was to say goodbye to my precious and beloved Aggie. She was my loyal friend and my soul mate. Every day I was with her, no matter what my day was like she was always there to nudge her warm wet nose into my hand.....a comfort every single day. She knew my every emotion, how to comfort me and how to make me laugh. Aggie was a true cattle dog and I knew from the day she arrived my life would never be the same. From that day forward the bond was formed. But there were days I wondered why I chose this breed and as the years moved ahead I couldn't imagine my days without her. What seems all too sudden, that day came. Although I can't see her any more, I still feel her presence everywhere. I know she is with Nimbus and Amber again, waiting for us all to be reunited some day. Aggie, my confidant....for over 15 years you enriched my life more than anyone will ever understand. Your legacy is living on here in your great granddaughter, Kallee.....it makes me wonder about what life has in store for us. Here's to you my o' lady, we love you and we miss you so very much. Forever and for always.....
