The MMP is designed to perform a myriad of offensive and defensive missions for the Military.

In long-range engagements with enemy mecha, the MMP utilizes its two 100mm rail guns and twelve BVR missiles. Each leg houses ten general-purpose missiles and six high-maneuverability missiles, for use against tanks and AFVs. For all other threats, the mecha comes outfitted with two 50mm auto-cannons and one 25mm gatling gun. Finally, a nine-tube mortar suite, flanking both sides, can dispense smoke, chaff, illumination, and fragmentation munitions.

A reinforced cockpit ensures maximum protection for the operator. Situational awareness is provided by two large, turret-mounted, optical sensors on the main body, along with a swiveling camera on each leg. Both rail guns also have independent targeting equipment and radomes. Electronic warfare equipment is housed in the MMP's "hammerhead". Additional jamming pods and communication antennas are located in the rear.
