Moonshadows is a small family run kennel in Southern Ontario dedicated to breeding and raising Standard Manchester Terriers.

All our dogs live in our house, they are a part of our family.Presently, we are specializing in European bloodlines.

	I, Jonesy am pleased to welcome you to Moonshadows web page. My official name is "Champion Aireworth Indiana Jones with Keyline". When I was two years old, I emigrated from England to Canada in September of 1998. I shared the winning of the Hallgarth Dauntless Trophy in 1999 with my dad for the Manchester Terrier Stud Dog siring the most 1st prize winners at Championship Shows in the year in the U.K. I am DNA tested VWD Clear.  To learn more about me, my family, and dogs like me, feel free to check out the information on this website! What is a Manchester Terrier?

Manchesters are...
• Intelligent and dedicated family pets and alert watchdogs.
• Eager to please and quick to learn.
• Excellent ratters.
• Great prospects for obedience trials, flyball, and agility.
• Clean, usually odourless with virtually maintenance free coats.
• Very active as puppies but when mature they are content to sit beside their master watching TV or run with them for miles.
• Good with children if socialized properly as puppies.
• An excellent choice for the urban, suburban, rural, or apartment home.

Their main goal in life is to be at their masters side and they are willing do whatever it takes to be there.

 The Manchester Terrier is sometimes called by its older name: The Black-and-Tan Terrier, since Manchester Terriers are always a colour known as black-and-tan. This consists of a black body with a rich mahogany "tan" colour on their legs, chest, and nose. Above each intelligent dark brown eye is a tan spot known as a "kiss mark", and on each agile tan paw a black spot known as a "thumb print". The Tan on the chest is also known as a "bow tie", this usually fades as they get older.

Manchester Terriers come in two varieties: the Standard and the Toy.  The Standard Manchester Terrier is usually between 15-16" (38-41 cm) tall and weighs between 12-22 lbs. (5.5-10 kg).

CKC registered puppies and sometimes young adults are available occasionally for companion or for show, all our puppies can be registered in the United States as well.

We give on going support and like to keep in contact with our puppies throughout their lives.  Our greatest joy is receiving  pictures of our puppies in their new homes.
