Notes:
1. This is a uVAX-4300 processor with 2 embedded DSSI buses and a KZQSA
   Q-Bus/SCSI adapter
2. All ISE drives have SCS parameter ALLOCATION = 1 (hense $1$DIAxx)
3. ISE RFxx drives on DSSI bus #0
     DIA0, DIA1, DIA2
4. ISE RFxx drives on DSSI bus #1
     DIA10, DIA11, DIA12, DIA13, DIA14
5. SCSI drives connected to an HSD at DSSI node #5 on DSSI bus #0
     DIA51, DIA52
6. DSSI node names (in this example) are of the form ICSxx
7. DSA? are Disk Shadow Set Volumes (not hardware)
8. MyNode$DKA200 is a SCSI based CD ROM (RRD42) on a Q-Bus based SCSI
