We are Newfoundland breeders located in Bewdley, Ontario (1.5 hours east of Toronto). Our breeding priorities are to produce healthy, sound dogs and to maintaining the sweet disposition that is the hallmark of the Newfoundland Dog.

Our Newfoundland dogs not only shine in the show ring, but go on to carting (draft work) and water rescue as well.

At Yahka, we pride ourselves on the versatility of our Newfoundland dogs. We keep active in training them for obedience, carting (draft dog) and water rescue.

We also offer training services to help you get the most from your Newfoundland.

All breeding dogs receive the following clearances prior to breeding:

OVC Hip/Elbow
OFA Heart certifed
Cystinuria clear
CERF (eyes)

We offer a written health guarantee against these potential problems.
