2005 was filled with many personal achievements.
The highlight of the season was finally qualifying for a position with the 2006
BASS Team Ontario. After 10 years of effort and paying my dues, as well as
coming close a couple times, I finally have advanced on step closer to a dream
goal - to earn a position at the Bassmaster Classic. I also obtained my
first 20lb bag in a tournament this fall, actually three events in row - two in
team events and one as a solo angler. For 2006, our Petawawa Bassmasters
chapter is hosting the Ontario BASS Federation qualifier. I am looking
forward to showing anglers from all over Ontario what we have to offer in our
area. I would like to once again qualify for
the Renegade Bass Classic - this will be a tough battle due to a tough 85 team
field.
Like any other bass angler, I can't wait for the open water season to
arrive.
At the moment, here is my tentative schedule of events for the 2006 season (more to
follow as schedules are confirmed - various smaller events will be added
throughout the season):

Blind Anglers International Tournament (B.A.I.T.)

support and teamwork this past season. Let's hope our framework
will come with continued success in 2007.
