Notice that If there is
only a Éther wind (or Éther draft) around the Earth in it's self-rotational
plane of the Équator ,then it wil be not do whit a laser in two summit
mountain,but;
a lenght ship could do ,if this ship turn 360 degrees in a zone
between Cancer tropic and Capricorne tropic ,
and of corse when there are not
wave.

X is de absolute maximum displacement of the laser ,Q is de décline of the laser ,V is
the speed of the Éther wind ,C is the speed of laser and that is the speed
of lignt .
