As a consultant with Bell Global Solutions I was responsible for the administration of a project whose goal was to implement a single database across several help desks located in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal. My key deliverables were the installation of an Automatic Call Distributor in the Ottawa Network Management Centre, the development of an Intelligent Voice Response system across five of the help desks, coordinating the cut-over of the help desks located in Ottawa to an ATM backbone and developing macros in Remedy's AR System which were used to generate statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Telecommunications Analyst

Responsible for the analysis of technical difficulties on voice communication circuits. This involves problem investigation, development of test cases towards problem resolution and reprogramming of communication circuits to remedy technical difficulty. Monitoring switching offices for hardware failures and communicating these failures to network operations personnel. Provide technical information and support to field personnel toward analysis and resolution of voice communication circuit failures.

Technical environment included UNIX (Ultrix), Novel Network, Windows OS, DARTS, BICRIS, PAIRS, CALRS, and the DMS100 switching environment.
