Note: the lucite spacers between the shafts,
to isolate the capacitors from the cabinet and knobs.
The capacitors "float" above ground on the perf board subfloor.
The spacing is 'tight' but the caps do not touch the cabinet.
A meter was added additional to the LED's.
There is a switch on the rear for coax / balanced line.
