An integral part of the backlot I'm building are railway tracks running down it's center that are capable of carrying not only standard locomotives but also electric street cars using an overhead high voltage feed line.
The street car prototype is the type used in Toronto during the 1940's, 50's and 60's, the PCC (President's Conference Committee) style. This was an attempt to design a standard, modern street car.
While there are many photos and drawings of the street cars themselves, unfortunately there's very little information on the wheeled trucks they run on. I'm going to have to make educated guesses from poor images of badly decayed examples.
