Canadian Botanical Conservation Network
The purpose of the Canadian Botanical Conservation Network is to aid Canadian botanical gardens, arboreta, industries, universities, government agencies and the general public to: exchange ideas and information; coordinate conservation efforts; and participate in conservation programs.
Canadian Nature Federation
The Canadian Nature Federation is a non-profit conservation organization with over 40,000 supporters and a network of more than 100 affiliated naturalist groups. The CNF's mission is to protect nature, its diversity and the processes that sustain it . CNF publishes a magazine, entitled Nature Canada and a newsletter, Nature Matters. CNF organizes conservation programs and volunteer monitoring projects.

Federation of Ontario Naturalists
The FON is a membership-based not for profit, non-government organization dedicated to protecting and conserving Ontario's natural heritage. Founded in 1931, the FON represents 15,000 individual members and a network of eighty-nine local naturalists' clubs. The organization has a long history of education, scientific research, public policy and nature protection programs. The FON has promoted the preservation of wetland habitats, the creation and management of provincial and national parks in Ontario, the protection of Ontario's imperiled wildlife and responsible forest management.
Friends of the Environment
The foundation is a nonprofit organization established by Canada Trust that provides funding support for initiatives that make a positive impact on the Canadian environment through the locally focused Friends of the Environment Foundation Community Fund. The Friends of the Environment foundation has invested in a number of restoration projects in Canadian biosphere reserves, including the Niagara Escarpment Stream Restoration Project, through the Canadian Biosphere Reserves Association.
Hamilton Naturalists' Club
The Hamilton Naturalists' Club is a nature and environment organization for Hamilton, Burlington, Stoney Creek, Dundas, Ancaster, Grimsby and surrounding areas.
This nonprofit organization's goals are: to promote the enjoyment of nature through environmental appreciation and conservation; to foster public interest and education in the appreciation and study of nature; and to encourage the wise use and conservation of natural resources, and environmental protection.
