Avenger Tank

The Avenger uses the powerful engine and chassis of the Vindicator while retaining the lightly armoured upper hull of its Rhino predecessor, granting it the mobility it needs to keep pace with rapid strike forces. It serves as an agile tank destroyer, able to move from ambush to attack exposed flanks or to engage the enemy's rear area while other forces pin down the front.

Weapons: The Avenger is armed with a front-mounted multi-melta and a pintle-mounted storm bolter.

Options: The Avenger may exchange the multi-melta for a plasma cannon at no extra cost or a twin-linked lascannon at +15 points.

The Avenger may have any of the following vehicle upgrades at the cost listed in the Space Marine Armoury: dozer blades, extra armour, hunter-killer missile, searchlight, smoke launchers. No upgrade may be chosen more than once per vehicle.
