This
research process is a critical thinking process. You will find that this information
problem-solving model will be most helpful as you develop program to enable students to
meet the expectations set by the curriculum. There are
explanations for each step and skills to be developed, worksheets to help students
accomplish the thinking involved in each task, and links to other resources that will
support your students as they work through the research process.
* If you are working with elementary students from
grades 3 through 10 or gifted and talented students, you
will find this model to be most helpful to them as they work through the process
of developing, presenting and self-evaluating their research projects or Independent Study projects.
