About Us

We are a small quiet private location with just 2 cottages located on our property.

A private dock comes with each cottage and your own entrance way.

We are located in Seeley’s Bay, a small village located on the Rideau Canal System in the eastern Ontario lake region with easy access to 5 lakes or more by water. The area is well know for it pristine surroundings and excellent fishing with stores within walking distance. There are golf courses, casino, playhouse, shopping and great restaurants within a ½ hour drive. We are ½ hour from Kingston, 1.5 hours from Ottawa, 3 hours from Toronto and 2 hours from Syracuse, USA.

Directions

From Toronto

Take hwy 401 east to Kingston, take last exit (hwy 15) head north, go 25 minutes to Seeleys Bay, turn left on Main St., then left on Haskins Point Rd.

From Ottawa

Take Hwy 7 to Carleton Place, turn left on Hwy 15 to Smith Falls, continue through Smith Falls on hwy 15, 40 minutes past Smith Falls turn right at Main St. in Seeleys Bay. Go through village and turn right on Haskins Point Rd.

From United States

Take Interstate 81 to Thousand Islands Bridge, follow up to hwy 401, turn west and go to hwy 32 exit in Gananoque. Exit and turn north, travel 20 minutes to hwy 15, turn left and go 2 km to Seeleys Bay. Turn right on Main St., go through village and turn right on Haskins Point Rd.

Walking distance to grocery store, hardware store, liquor/beer store, restaurant, churches and medical center.

25 minute drive to Casino, 30 minutes to Kingston, 10 to 20 minute drive to 3 golf courses. Excellent boating and fishing, hiking, connected by water to 5 lakes- Cranberry Lake, Dog Lake, Whitefish Lake Cranes Lake, and Mortons Cut.

Both cottages come with 3 pc bathroom, heat, propane barbeque, fridge, stove, TV, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, all bedding and towels and a private dock.
