Two daughters of Francois Lafrance and Marie Belanger appear in this photograph -- in the front row, far left, is Jeanne Lafrance and in the middle of the front row is her sister Hedwidge.

A second copy of this photograph, recently discovered, describes the other three identically-attired young women as "cousines de Cobalt". In all probability, they are Sara, Clara and Sophie Duhaime, daughters of Antoine Duhaime and Agnes Lafrance, the sister of Francois Lafrance.
