New to Ottawa? |
Why live way out in Kanata or Nepean with a family you don't know, or in a high crime area like Vanier? Stay at the Regina apartments in a safe downtown location (near Embassy Row) with other co-op students and walk to the University of Ottawa, the Rideau Centre and the Byward Market entertainment district. The Regina Apartments consist of six furnished 4-bedroom and three furnished 1-bedroom apartments in downtown Ottawa. The apartments are rented exclusively to co-op students that are in Ottawa for their four month work assignments. The building is in a fantastic location and is only a 15 minute walk to the Rideau Centre and the Byward Market area. A bus stop is located outside the front door providing quick access to the Ottawa's West-end and Hull Quebec. Why be stuck all weekend in somebody's house in the suburbs when you can live downtown with other co-op students? Car pooling for a short commute to high tech companies in the West end of the city is frequently arranged by the tenants. A total renovation of the building has just been completed including:
You won't find a nicer place to live in Ottawa! The price for the May - August is $499 per student/room (including utilities - heat, hot water, and electricity) or $700 for a 1-bedroom apartment. Telephone, internet and cable are the tenant's responsibility. If you are a "single", you can be placed with other co-op students. However, priority is given to students renting complete apartments and a lease signed by all tenants in the apartment is required.
