Adaptive Technology Center for the Blind (ATCB) is a non-profit resource and Information Technology center.
We are committed to fulfilling the fundamental rights of access to all expressions of knowledge, intellect and creativity and to providing an environment that supports self-determination for visually challenged people, based upon the principles of choice, equality, sustainability, capacity-building, co-operation and mutual respect.

ATCB do not duplicate programs, services and activities already provided by Government, Association and other Organization charities for the blind.
We fill the gaps and the missing parts among the blind community in Ethiopia and other African countries.
In these principle, ATCB is strongly dedicated to Empower the blind community with technological approaches in positive attitudes and self-confidence.
In order to expand the existing ICT services for the beneficiaries, to make sure that the vision and mission of ATCB are glued, we do consulting with capacity building of national policy animators, project-partners and curriculum designers through regular workshops and individual mentoring.
