1. Terms of Use

1.1 Access and Use

Access to and use of the triumph of form over content (this site) is provided

a) on the understanding that accessing and using this site implies understanding of and consent to these terms

b) on an exclusively "AS IS" basis; this site provides no warranties or assurances and assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the validity, accuracy, suitability or currency of any of the information or services provided here, or for any damage, liability, or cost to any user as a result of using this site for any reason.

1.2 Copyright

The text, images, design, layout, and all other stylistic elements of this site (material) are protected by copyright law. Specifically:

a) this site is entended for personal or educational use. No material may be used for any commercial purposes under any circumstances

b) material may be reproduced for personal or educational use, exclusively on the understanding that the reproduced material retains this copyright, and that these conditions are imposed on any subsequent recipients of the material

1.3 Submissions

In the case of text that has been submitted by a user

a) the copyrights for this text will be held by the user, with the proviso that this site is permitted to publish and make available any submitted text under the terms set in 1.2

b) this site reserves the right to edit submissions for spelling, grammar and clarity

c) this site will refuse to publish submissions that contain material which is obscene, pornographic, defamatory, libelous or hate propaganda

d) notwithstanding 1.3 c), this site shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any material that has been submitted by a user.

e) the submission input form prompts the user to specify whether or not the user wants his/her e-mail address published; this site will categorically honour the user's wishes as identified by the submission input form.

f) if the submission is being sent by direct e-mail rather than through a form, then the following criteria must be met in addition to the criteria specified above:

2.1 Collecting Information

This site will publish submissions from users according to the terms set out in 1.3. This site will also maintain a distribution list that is compiled from users who volunteer to have their names added. Insofar as the administration of these services must be compiled and organized, this site reserves the right

a) to collect and compile whatever information is required to organize and post submissions, and

b) to collect and compile whatever information is required to maintain a distribution list.

2.2 Releasing Information

Aside from user information which has been made available on published submissions, and keeping in mind that this site will publish users' e-mail addresses only where the users have specifically authorized this on the submission input form, this site will not sell or otherwise trade any user information with other organizations or groups.
