Thanks for visiting my web site. I am trying to keep it up-to-date within my busy schedule so I appreciate any ideas, comments you have.
If you have purchased any of my artwork through Art Lending of Ottawa or other exhibitions, I extend my greatest appreciation for your support. As an introduction, this is a part-time activity (unfortunately!), that I have a real passion for and which serves as my creative outlet. This takes my mind away from my busy job in the high tech sector.
I make use of a digital camera, computer and CD rom to collect and store my ideas. They mostly come from our family trips we make across Canada. I love the west and east coasts, each having very distinct flavors. On Vancouver Island, we often visit French Beach, a small beach, an hour drive from downtown Victoria. I have several paintings of this beautiful spot. I look for opportunities to travel and bringing along my Nikon ensures I have material to help plan new paintings.
