The Association of Adoptive Parents of Romanian Children
is situated in Québec, Canada and was founded by
l'Agence Québécoise Internationale to provide adoptive
parents assistance with the adoption process. It is a
non-profit organization where its members volunteer their
time and knowledge to organize pre and post placement
seminars, thematic evenings, and social events. Another
important function of the Association is to provide support
to its members.
