For those of you who do not know me well, I would like to take a few minutes to fill you in on my illustrious background.! For the other faithful souls, read on and let me share with you some of the better things in life.

I grew up in the province of Saskatchewan in Western Canada. At the mature age of 17, I moved to Chicago and on to Kansas City and back to Chicago again. Then I came back to Canada to live in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Two years later, I moved to Sherbrooke, Quebec in Eastern Canada and have been living here ever since.

My wife comes from near Chicago and I met her during my year of studies in Kansas City. We have two children: Liane, our daughter is married and lives not far from us and my son Shawn is working in Montreal.

Much of my life has been dedicated to the world of education. I studied at the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and completed my baccalaureate at the Calvary Bible College in Kansas City. I then went on to do my Master's degree at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago. Later on I did some postgraduate studies at Trinity and at Bishops University and finished my Doctoral studies by extension from Trinity Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana.

I worked a summer in France with Operation Mobilisation during my years in college and then took a pastorate with the Evangelical Free Church in Medicine Hat, Alberta before I came to Quebec to teach at the Bethel Bible Institute. After 20 years of teaching, I returned to the pastorate in the Evangelical Free Church of Sherbrooke, Quebec. I then worked for a Travel Insurance Company for 19 years to earn my living. I am now retired.

It seems that the Lord has kept me busy in His service these several years and it has been my greatest joy to serve Him...
