Fraternal Greetings, my felllow Engineers! This being my first message, as your Worhty Cheif, I am hoping htat I will say something, that will REKINDlE, your interest in what is happening in YOUR COUNCIL. Like most organizations today, we are struggling to stat RELEVANT, IN THE NEW MILLENNUM. Not that our initial goals and objectives have become old and trite but times are changing, and requires a NEW THRUST, to get us up and running again. THerefore I am asking every member to help KICK START Neptune Council No.71. If we fail to infuse NEW LIFE into our Council it is in great peril of EXPIRING. I am sure none of us wants this on his conscience "that I did nothing to help prevent demise of Neptune Council No. 71 of the UCC of E." In an efort to ward off such a catastrophe our Council is planning and OPEN HOUSE gathering to be held at the Dartmouth Masonic Centre on Wednesday the 19th September 2001 frm 19:00 to 21:00. More details will be forthcoming in a separate letter. Although our present situation sounds grave, we are STOUT HEARTED men, and we SHALL PREVAIL.
