La Planetary Society supporte, finance et fait du lobbying en faveur de projets liés à l'exploration planétaire, aux nouvelles technologies spatiales, et à la recherche de la vie extraterrestre (SETI@home a pu prendre son envol grâce à son support financier initial). |

Cet ordinateur très lent, après de bons et loyaux services, a été décommissionné en février 2003. Je continue néanmoins (le temps permettant) d'assurer (à la mitaine :) la maintenance du site web de l'équipe, une activité qui m'a permis de connaître des gens fascinants. |

Si malgré tous nos efforts les civilisations extraterrestres ne se manifestent pas à nous, c'est nous qui un jour irons se manifester à eux, d'autant plus que nous saurons garder la tête claire afin de faire face dans les meilleures conditions aux multiples surprises et dangers que peuvent présenter notre univers :)

The most important independant interest group promoting space research and exploration, the Planetary Society was created by the late Carl Sagan. It supports, finance and lobbies in favor of projects linked to planetary exploration, to new space technologies, and to the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI@home could start thanks to its initial financial support). Anyone having an interest in space exploration can join the Planetary Society. |
If our efforts aren't revealing the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations to us, then it will be for us to go out there - if we can keep our heads cold so that we can succesfully face the multiple challenges and dangers of this universe :) |

The Alliance Télématique Francophone Star Trek regroups many forums and communication projects reuniting french trekkers from around the world, thus contributing greatly to the dissemination of the ideas and ethics inherent to the Star Trek universe, created by the late humanist and visionary Gene Roddenberry. | |

The Videotron Group is an important cable distributor and internet access provider of Quebec, a canadian province. Although our security company is not anymore part of this group, and although the Videotron Group is far from stainless in the way it negociates work conventions with many of its employees, I still maintain (manually :) the team'sweb site, an activity which proved to be worthwhile both for the acquired knowledge and for the opportunities of constructive (human) contacts. |
